Lamborghini Huracan - Lamborghini has just unveiled the successor to its successful super sports car Gallardo, who also happens to be his most-produced model with over 14,000 sales. The new model has been dubbed replacement Huracan. The updated sports car retains the same 5.2-liter V-10 engine of the Gallardo. Other features include a four-wheel drive, a top speed of over 202 mph.
Lamborghini Huracan has some different with Lamborghini Countach, it's replaces outgoing Gallardo, introduced in 2003 and has already undergone two changes in recent years. The 5.2-liter V-10 engine will be powered by a fuel pump direct injection and four-wheel drive combined with a system of dual clutch transmission seven-speed improved; for the first time in a Lamborghini. The car is scheduled to be released at the Geneva Motor Show in March next year. Compared to its competition, Hurricane sits snugly seated between 458 and 12C, which deliver a maximum power of 562bhp and 616bhp respectively. New gearbox double clutch ensures that the transmission is smooth and responsive; allowing the car to zoom past 62 mph is more than three seconds. Interestingly, both Audi and Lamborghini are owned by the same parent company Volkswagen.
Lamborghini Huracan also uses what a hybrid Lamborghini nicknamed "chassis', which is an integrated composite aluminum and carbon-dimensional structure. As a result, Huracan is able to achieve a dry weight of just 1,422kg, which together with the increased power throws an incredible top speed of 'more than 202 mph.
Upon reaching the looks department, the Lamborghini Huracan is more moderate than its predecessor is; with Lamborghini choose one, and perhaps a better, more streamlined design curve. However, it retains its nervousness over its competitors. Following the tradition, Lamborghini has named the car after a famous bull. According to Lambo, Hurricane was a famous and invincible bull bulls who fought challenge in Alicante in 1979. Lamborghini has not given details about the car's price or availability so far.
